Economics Help Room
The Spring 2021 Economics Help Room (EHR) is now open.
The EHR is online this semester and students will have to make appointments with youcanbook.me for Zoom invitations. Below is the schedule with separate appointment links for each tutor. Click on the tutor's name to make an appointment. This will return you an email with a link to their personal Zoom Room. Please! Just one appointment per session only!

Daniela | Macro, Econometrics, Intro | 8:00-10:00pm | 8:00-10:00pm |
Tutoring will be available for Intro to Economic Reasoning, Math Methods, Intermediate Macroeconomics, Intermediate Microeconomics, Statistics, and Econometrics. We prioritize Barnard courses and due to differences in teaching methods and topics, we may not be able to help with your Columbia courses. The tutors are your peers, and the EHR is a judgment-free zone. There is no such thing as a stupid question in the EHR!
If you use the EHR, please keep the following in mind:
First and foremost, at the start of the semester, there will be an adjustment period, so not everything will go smoothly at first. This type of tutoring is new to us and we hope it works well, but of course there may be glitches which will need to be corrected. You should feel free to send any comments via email to Dept Administrator Robert O'Connor (roconnor@barnard.edu) or Dept Chair Professor Randall Reback (rreback@barnard.edu). All comments will be kept confidential.
Second, consider that tutors might not have had the same professor as you do and might not have used the same textbook. Therefore, it will be helpful for them to see how you were taught the material.
